A very important figure in our school is the internal coordinator, (developmental age psychology), interfacing with the children on a daily basis. This figure is a fundamental resource who intervenes as a supervisor for all the teachers and is therefore the main contact person for the families.
All our teachers are highly qualified, holding degrees in developmental age psychology or education and training, along with the professional specificity that distinguishes them.
Constant training is another characteristic trademark of our approach, and various subjects are handled through an external consultant, such as first aid, HACCP, fire prevention, safety, etc.
In addition, all our teachers have completed the BLSD-PBLSD course (cardiopulmonary resuscitation for newborns, children and adults through the use of a defibrillator and pediatric unblocking maneuvers). The course requires periodic re-training therefore it is repeated every 12 months. Our facility is equipped with a pediatric defibrillator.
The quality and skills of our nursery school staff go hand in hand with a very strong inclination toward empathy. The teachers are chosen based on gentleness, enthusiasm toward their in addition to their capability of critical observation.
Guaranteeing an empathetic observation means having an outlook that goes beyond the school walls and intersects those of the mom and dad, even before encountering those of the child, in order to share and build a path together.
