During the meal and on many occasions, children will get to know the foods in their own way, with all their senses, experiencing the encounter and exploring different dishes, enjoying full colors, flavors, shapes, consistency, smells and perfumes, tasting and savoring.

Gradually, the ability to do it alone is refined.


Every year we involve children in a project that involves their more active participation in the preparation of space and the care of the lunch time.

The idea is to give the child an opportunity to feel great and feel protagonist and to learn the gestures and behaviors that adults usually do during the day.


So great kids have the ability, in turn, to set and clear the board, to serve their companions, bringing them plates, glasses and cutlery.

To maintain a constant climate of tranquility during lunch we introduced a few rules, clear and consistent to

bee respectful of everybody!
